Go to device manager, please verify if this option is available in your Wi-Fi driver and please disable it.
How to find the device manager: start------run----devmgmt.msc
You tried to connect your mobile hotspot to your laptop. Then, go to Start—Run—cmd—ipconfig /all. If you have a laptop, please find your WiFi MAC address among all the MAC addresses.
Log in with your WiFi credentials.
Click to update the profile.
Click the "Edit" option.
Enter the correct MAC address; you can update your mobile number and email id
The difference between registered student and a not-registered student different
If you registered the wrong MAC addresses, you will not be able to connect to campus Wi-Fi once. Please verify your laptop's MAC address is right or wrong.
Once the MAC address is changed, the CMS will update it quickly, but you will try to connect tomorrow; updating time takes a minimum of 24 hours.
