Recommend that you send the email for an official ‘amrita.edu’ domain so that we can address the issue.  This is to ensure that the email is genuinely originating from our student community.


I would recommend that all WiFi issues may please be reported to campuswifi@cb.amrita.edu or routed through your wardens.CC to my email k_kamalesh@cb.amrita.edu

For mobile,

Two methods are available. One is CA certification, and another one is the non-CA certification method, depending upon your mobile.


Your mobile support with Don't validate the available option; you can use a non-CA certification method; otherwise, use the CA certification method.


Laptop,

Your laptop wifi adapter has these adapters, which should be configured manually.

The MediaTek Wi-Fi 6 MT7921 Wireless LAN Card requires manual SSID configuration to function properly.

The Qualcomm QCA9377 802.11ac Wireless Adapter requires manual SSID configuration to function properly.

Note that in this room, Wi-Fi is not supported with the Realtek 8852BE-VT Wireless LAN Wi-Fi 6 PCI-E NIC PCIe Adapter. It does not support you if you want to access internet connectivity in your room; you must buy a TP-Link USB-to-Wi-Fi adapter.  Click here, or  Click here.                                                                  Register the complaint. 




OnePlus 13s after the upgrade of Android are not able to connect to room wifi and academic areas. This is due to an issue with a recent update.
