Microsoft authenticator issue (MFA)

  If any issue with the Microsoft Authenticator application, please send an email to this email from your college email with your mobile number. and mention your roll number, too note some problem with mobile- My mobile phone display has been damaged, and Microsoft Authenticator was installed on that device for my Amrita account login. Currently, I am unable to approve the verification request and access my account.  Kindly request you to reset my MFA (Microsoft Authenticator) settings so that I can configure it on my new device. sysadmin@cb.amrita.edu
