I would like to inform you that the modem in our room is not working properly due to a faulty power adapter with the modem. The modem is unable to power on, resulting in an interruption to the internet connection and affecting our daily work.

After checking the modem and power supply, it appears that the adapter and modem are defective and need to be replaced. I kindly request you to arrange a replacement adapter with a modem at the earliest so that the modem can be restored to normal operation.

Your prompt assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
